A Walking Tour of Millinocket Stream

A tire lies partly submerged in the odorous muck that makes up the banks of Millinocket Stream, and this in a part of the waterway that is called a park.

Again, you see the reddish stain that is characteristic of the muck that can be seen along the banks of this particular stream, broken only by the mossy fungus that grows here and there.

I wouldn’t want my kid to play here.
