A Walking Tour of Millinocket Stream

Abandoned tires, jagged pieces of metal, broken glass, and a variety of rubber, metal, plastic, glass, and other debris lies among the rust-stained muck. Oh, and we’re in Kermit Crandall Park now; on what is a fairly cool day, yet it smells almost as bad as it looks.

I am walking carefully, hoping to avoid stepping on broken glass or a jagged piece of metal. As I walk, my feet sink into the muck and God only knows what lies beneath the surface.

Since I like playing with my zoom, let’s look more closely at some of this stuff.
