Real men drink Moxie. They drink Tab only when they're out of Moxie.
Moxie really is an acquired taste. I had heard of it before moving to Maine, but only in movies and books. I had no idea that it was still being bottled until we moved here and I saw it in a store.
I bought a six-pack of Moxie. On first taste, I hated it. I wasn't sure that I wanted to finish the first can. It had sort of a mediciny taste that I wasn't sure I liked.
I did finish my first Moxie, though. And a second, third, and so on. By the time I'd finished the six-pack, I was hooked. I seldom drink anything else now. Michelle won't go beyond the first distasteful sip, and Denny won't even try it. I'm thinking of paying him to drink a six-pack, just to see if it would turn him into a Mainer.
Okay, back to work. The first crossbeam is in place. Not a perfect fit, but it'll work and I'll get better as I go along.
A couple of them are in place, and the level says that they are ... level.
