A Walking Tour of Millinocket Stream

Nearly everyone who has lived or worked in the town of Millinocket has profited in some way from the production of paper in Millinocket.

Fearing a loss of jobs, environmentalists have not been well received in the Katahdin area; and for good reason, as they lean toward the extreme.

But let’s not ignore the fact that there is an extreme on the other end, as well; and let’s consider that it was an extreme disregard for the environment that has led to the current condition of Millinocket Stream.
