As you can see, the window is in place. It is a double-hung, tilt in window, which allows for easy cleaning. I don't think I've taken a picture, but we've already replaced the existing attic window.
A close up of the window from the outside. As you can see, the framing is in place. Next we'll replace the broken siding and add decorative framing to the outside. The window isn't secured yet, as the framing is not firmly nailed into place yet.
Since everything seems to fit, Steve is removing the window temporarily so that we can nail the frame in place.
The window is back in place and secured.
