The following photographs were taken from within the city limits of Elsa, Texas in January, February, and March of 2001 -- displayed in no particular order.

Although still small, the Elsa Public Library has expanded considerably in the past few years.  It includes a bank of approximately a dozen computers with constant access to the Internet, and a staff that is willing to help you find what you are looking for.
