Below we see the HEB Store, located at the intersection of Hwy 107 and FM-88. The Elsa HEB is the only supermarket in the Delta Area.

Elsa’s downtown district has suffered greatly.  When the city’s only theater was demolished a couple of years ago, the building next to it collapsed, and has been left that way.
